Please help hwdMediaShare over the next week

Over the next 7 days, until the 21st March, we need your help. We will be understaffed during this period. This is due to a combination of events. The main developer (Davors) will be away, another member of staff is migrating to a new country, and the Chilean Earthquake has unfortunately disrupted the ability for other staff members to deliver regular support.

Therefore, it might take longer than usual for you to receive a response to your forum messages. If you post here regularly we ask that you please do not post during this period unless it is absolutely necessary. Additionally, please try to spend a little time helping new users with problems. Our regular level of support will be resumed as usual by the developers after the 21st March. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

i have a problem with hwd ...first my Embed Code do not working ... also sef links on cb plug-ins different about the main site ,i also trying to submit ticket through help-disk support and it not working ? so what i should to do !

Please provide a larger description of your issues, telling just "it does not work" doesn't help us to figure out which the issues are.

The forum rules suggest some guidelines so you can provide meaningful information to describe your issues

thx for your support , and i am not prgrammer so i know who to explain , and i am was trying to use hwd support helpdisk and it wasnot work , any away this is my embed code

The problem with your embed code is your JW FLV Player skin. You need to put the FULL URL to your skin, not the relative URL.

At the moment, you have:/skin/controlpanel.swf
However, you need to edit this to be:www.taysh.com/skin/controlpanel.swf

Does that make sense? Do this in the Joomla plugin manager, for the JW FLV Player plugin.

If you have other problems with hwdMediaShare please start a new thread for each issue so things are clearer. This makes it easier to give you support.

Regarding the problem with the Helpdesk... can you please explain what happens when you try to submit a ticket?

thx for your replay davros , about the helpdisk when i click on submit button , dosnot working !! i tested this on opera and firefox , and about my embed code it is working nowwwwwwwww thx alot ...... i hope also that the helpdisk support be fine with me because i want to contact you dave .. thx alot

If you don't complete all the fields, it will not submit your form and will load an error message! Please check if that is the problem. If you continue to have problems you can start a new discussion here in the forum, or contact us using the contact form if you wish to discuss something privately.

and about my embed code it is working nowwwwwwwww thx alot Great. Thanks for letting me know.
