When I try to convert videos from the administrator side I get this error now, I have had this error before with another provider this time I am using my own dedicated server with with all hwdvs server installation requirements. Also for some reason my uber upload wont run if you selected, go to the front end and try to upload a video it does not go anywhere it stays in the same page.
