My dynamic thumbnailswereactive for a short period of time, roughly a day. I have thumbnails on my videos but they are not dynamic, (scroll through different parts of the video), I found this messagein IE in the lower left corner of the browser.

Could this be the root of my not so dynamic thumbs? Is it fixable? could this just be my browser?
