I read the other thread and I still have the problem.

I upgraded from 2.12 to 2.16. I did not run any maintenence features. Thumbnails are not available.

Before the upgrade the path to the thumbnail image was this: mydomain.com/hwdvideos/thumbs/n4kxh3jg7jgc5d.jpg

Now after the upgrade it's this: mydomain.com/Videos.html?id=1034&tmpl=component

How can I fix this so the thumbnails appear properly?

You need to upgrade your SEF plugin for hwdVideoShare. You will find the plugins for sh404sef and ARTIO in the hwdMediaShare package.

Don't forget to purge your existing SEF URLs after you have updated.

I don't use sh404sef. I use the Joomla's native sef.

I don't use sh404sef. I use the Joomla's native sef.Are you absolutely sure? These URLs look like they have been generated by one of the main SEF components, not our native SEF plugin. Anyway, I can take a look at this for you. I have emailed you for access details. If possible, please try to respond asap so I can check this before the weekend.
