I can not get any of these videos to show up.If that doesn't work, then you might need to click on the "reset failed conversions" button in the converter page, then run the converter.

I did that several times, on several different occasions.
I have run both the converter, and have reset failed conversions.
They just sit there saying they are converting, then in the backend when i look at the video list, it will not let me edit the vids to re queue them or anything.
It is like it is stuck redoing the thumbnails.
Pretty much every video in the backend is showing "converting_re-generate_thumb_405" in the approved column of the video screen.

The regeneration of thumbnails may take up to 1 minute for large videos, so if you have many videos it will take some time. Also it is possible that the process times-out, depending of the value of the max_execution_time setting, so you may need to run the converter several times until all thumbs are regenerated.
