Hello... i set up everything correctly.. i set all my folders to 777 but every time i upload it shows the file being uploaded... but it doesn't upload... its no where to be found... i cant upload a single photo!!! please help ASAP!!

What version are you using?

In order to debug the problem do the following:

1) Create a new album
2) Go to the photo upload page
3) Click on "Basic Uploader", don't use the Java applet
4) Upload a small image

If the process fails then explain what happens. It should give you an error message, please post that here. If something else happens after you click upload then please explain, and try to include a screenshot.

well the basic uploader is a blank link "youreventbook.com/index.php#"

i retryed installing everything and making sure everything properly is installed.. but its just not working... if you PM me i can give you backend access and if necessary server access

this is kind of urgent

well the basic uploader is a blank link "youreventbook.com/index.php#"The link uses javascript to switch to the basic method. If nothing happens when you click on it then there is probably a javascript conflict somewhere.

I can take a look. I have emailed you for access details.

The basic uploader worked correctly when I tested your site. After uploading, it gave me debug information explaining that the upload folders were not writeable.

Therefore, I made them writeable.

Problem seems to be solved. I upload a set of sample photos which were processed correctly.

If you continue to have problems with this, let me know.
