Hello,
The number of photos per row is 3.
Is there a possibility to change?
In cb plugin, we can edit the number of photos per page.
But the cb plugin use the parameter from component?
Why?

The number of photos per row is 3.I think this is probably quite confusing at the moment. For the component, you set the "photos per row" and "albums per row" in the parameters of the template plugin you are using! Not the General Settings.
These have been moved... I have removed the options from the General Settings to avoid confusion.
Regarding the Community Builder plugin, we will be significantly extending the parameters given in this plugin soon...
